Autumn is a season of change as we move in between summer brightness to winter darkness. A time for slowing down, reconnecting with nature and ourself, and grounding into our senses.

Retreat at a peaceful waterfront lake house in Fort Erie, Ontario. Together, we’ll create sacred space to move our bodies, honour rest, and connect with community. Choose a solo adventure or bonding experience with a loved one. Do as much or as little as you’d like.

No yoga or meditation experience is necessary (for real). Just come with an open mind and open heart!

Spend a relaxing day practicing yoga and meditation and awakening your senses as we retreat to the beautiful Om Dome, nestled among 100 acres of magical forests with trails, rivers, fields of wildflowers, a pond, and farm animals.

Together we’ll honour the final days of summer by nourishing ourselves with mindful movement, peaceful stillness and a sense of childlike wonder inspired by a sacred space tucked inside a privately owned forest. 

No yoga or meditation experience is necessary (for real). Just come with an open mind and open heart!

Please note: Your health and safety is our top priority. Masks and physical distancing will be required indoors.

Join us to journey through the elements in this four week series.

Week one (April 19): Earth - Governs the physical realm. Grounding, nourishment and support.

Week two (April 26): Water - Governs the emotions. Cleansing, creation and fluidity.

Week three (May 3): Fire - Governs the nervous system and digestion. Passion, transformation and strength.

Week four (May 10): Air - Governs the mental realm. Communication, ideas and clearing.


Every Monday 8-9pm EST on Zoom

Recordings available to practice at your own convenience.

All classes will be a blend of gentle yet awakening movement and restful stillness with guided meditation. There will always be options/variations of poses and exercises to choose your own adventure and honour your unique body.

FAQ

WHAT COVID-19 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS ARE YOU TAKING?

  • Fixed spacing and enhanced safety measures in main room: Each participant will have their own designated practice space set up in the main room that will not be moved for all of the retreat. This is where you'll set your yoga mat, journal, pen, water bottle, etc.

  • Enhanced safety sleeping arrangements: Double occupancy rooms are reserved for only those coming with a friend or family member that is a part of your social circle. If you are coming alone, you must reserve a single room.

  • Outdoor activities (weather permitting), as many activities will be done outdoors as possible. Please bring different layers of clothes. 

  • Masks: Masks are to be worn indoors. Mask can be taken off at your fixed station in the main room for yoga, meditation, meals and circles, but must be worn when social distancing is not available throughout the house.

  • Enhanced cleaning precautions: We will be sanitizing all common areas before/after use. 

  • Assigned Bathrooms: There are three household bathrooms. You will be assigned a specific one for the entire retreat and specific protocols in place for entering/exiting

  • We will be closely monitoring the status and regulations related to COVID-19 and changes will be made as more information becomes available.

WHAT IF I HAVE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS? 

No problem! You’ll be asked to share full details on possible food restrictions, allergies, or sensitivities and we’ll make sure there are options to meet your needs.

WHAT TYPE OF FOOD WILL BE SERVED?

Healthy, plant-based and organic meals will be served, with a focus on wholesome, nutrient dense foods. Look forward to fuelling your body with delicious and energizing seasonal food. With vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options available.

DO I HAVE TO PARTICIPATE IN EVERYTHING ON THE SCHEDULE?

Absolutely not. Everything is optional – participate in as little or as much as you feel like!

CAN I BRING A FRIEND?

Of course. Feel free to bring a friend or more – or come solo and make new friends with like-hearted individuals.

WHAT TYPE OF YOGA IS IT -  AND IS IT BEGINNER FRIENDLY?

All levels are welcome! Krystal and Amanda are both 500-Hour certified yoga teachers trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative and Yin Yoga styles. A variety of yoga classes will be offered with safe and accessible modifications suitable for all levels – even if it’s your first time!

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

Please arrive in comfortable clothes that you can move in, yoga mat (let us know if you need one!), any yoga props you have and like to use, a water bottle, Autumn hiking clothes/shoes (dress for the weather), slippers and toiletries. Bring a journal if you’d like to reflect or take notes during workshops. Anything else you need to be comfortable and fully enjoy the weekend. Feel free to bring your favourite snacks.

WHAT’S PROVIDED?

Accommodations including bedding and towels, three bathrooms in the house, two wood-burning fireplaces, six meals (dinner on Friday and Saturday, breakfast and lunch on Saturday and Sunday), yoga props (blocks, straps and bolsters), coffee, tea, water, parking, fire pit, and hammocks.
